We keep this simple: we collect as little as possible, and we never sell your information. Ever.
What we collect
If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email, phone number, and message you send — nothing else. If you reserve a class or book an intro, that booking is processed by Zen Planner, our class-management provider, under their own privacy policy. Like most websites, our hosting keeps routine technical logs (IP address, browser type) for security.
How we use it
Only to answer your question, schedule your class, and run the academy. We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information with anyone, and we don’t send marketing you didn’t ask for.
Third-party embeds
This site embeds a Google Map, Instagram content, and the Zen Planner schedule. When those load, those companies may set their own cookies under their own policies.
